    my first cycle

    300mg of test prop and 300 mg of ten per week

    any good??

    Run the prop but drop the tren for your first cycle imo

    well the reason behind the tren was to help cut cause im not looking for much size more to cut and get b/f down. I would take some winnie but 80cents for 5mg sux.

    If you are going to be using prop that will get you pretty cut compared to test e or cyp

    bump the prop to 50mg eod (this is not ideal, but it is ok, and close to what you have posted)

    use some clen or t3 with it to lower BF....not tren

    so having the tren is just like more of a cut? im at 19% and would like to be down around 11%. Im taking my friends word for it and he competes and what not and does real well so i feel he is real credible but for as much as i do research and what not i feel the only knowledge im missing is hands on.

    i just hate sounding like such a novice and hope im in the right place.

    Think about shooting prop every day since the half life is 27hours. It will kep levels more steady. Did you get your friend to put a good diet together for you?That is going to play more of a role in dropping the body fat% then anything.

    You just turned 20? Have you tried a serious diet and cardio without drugs? What was your progress? I would hold off on roids for a couple of years.

    as far as my diet goes ill be adding more protein and just cutting out lots of stupid sugars and what not. doing about 30 min of cardio to keep h/r up 60% for the time
