when you start busting your ass for it.

Around week 5 it has usually kicked in good enough, at which point its all about the diet and the training. Lift heavy as hell, but most importantly you need to eat like no tomorrow. That where gains will come from. YOu do that and you'll see very quick results in the mirror.
Around week 4 with me b/c i frontloaded with orals but i agree here that lifting heavy and ton's of calories will put on mass.Quote:
