for just having needles.. nothing, but watch yourself because seeing them may give cops enough reason to search your house, car...etc. So just dont get caught with them.

Some places will prosecute based on having drug paraphanaila.

In Arizona: If you're caught with paraphernalia, it's a first time offense.

It depends on if it would be considered drug paraphenalia. If you told them that you like to inject sterial oil in your muscles so they look bigger, there isnt a d@mn thing they could do.
