    Creatine with cycle

    i was wondering if it would hurt if took creatine with my cycle...i know you all would recommend that you save it for post cycle, but thats not my question, im just asking if it would hurt. any feedback will be appreciated.

    i hold more water with creatine than with alot of my cycles....

    I'm one of the ones who likes to wait until post cycle to use creatine, but I know of a few who use it while on. Big Kev does. Does he look unhealthy to you. I don't think your asking for trouble. Just expect a little more water retention like Viper says. The retention you get with creatine is in the muscle vs under the skin, so it's not all bad.

    I take creatine with juice and I feel the results are better.

    No it won,t hurt you to take it but you may get more water retention,but you should be drinking lots of fluids anyway so it should,nt make any difference.Try it an see how it goes
