Don't. Since you have that much weight to loose, there is no need for AAS, you won't loose much muslce in the dieting proccess. Good diet, training and some supplements from www.allsportsnutrition.com are your best bet.

I see, well I started a few months ago, stepping up my cardio and weight training by quite a bit, I changed my diet about six weeks ago, the initial weight came off, now I'm not sure 40 is what I really need to loose that is just what I said at the start but as I have lost fat I have seen that my shoulders are alot bigger than I had though. I will have some pics in the next few days of what I look like now, maybe if one of you could take a look and tell me what you think. I mean just have this **** gut that won't go away

You should look around the diet section and post your goals there... You'd find a lot more helpful advice for your particular situation.

Best advice your going to get
1)go to the DIET forum.. make yourself a diet and get someone to check it out for ya.
2)go to the SUPPLEMENT forum and check out what supps will help you
3) go to the EXERCISE forum.. get a work out outline and a cardio plan
4)come to the STERIOD forum AFTER you lose your weight.
