    Clen and Keto

    I wanna take clen and keto I dont wanna do this 2 weeks on 2 weeks off thing and I already got a cycle working in with it but I just wanna know when do I need to take keto and how much... like do I take it the day I start clen or what? Also is 8 weeks of clen and keto too much? What would be optimal

    I'd say ditch the keto if you dont have it on hand, check out my clen diary for first two weeks results. Why not the 2 on/ 2 off? Im lovin it.

    because ive been on lipo 6 and hydroxycut with ehpedra for 2 months straight and im not losing as much as I want and ive done 1 month last year and didnt lose much either and im watching my diet. I want more clen so to do that I have to use keto
