Dude, there's a sticky at the top of the Diet Forum that outlines a basic bulking diet. Read it a couple of times and post any questions you have in that forum. yes, Swolecat is a guru but there are also a lot of other smart dudes that hang out in the diet forum.
And you don't have to gain a significant amount of fat when bulking.
