My first basic cycle - Comments plz
I'm doing a first cycle to improve body mass, I'm looking to gain about 20-30lb in mass.
Week 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate /300mg
Week 1-12 Vitamin B-12 Shots .5 cc's
With a fairly large chest and arms weight program throughout as that's where I really need it.
Here's my diet, which I found and covers all the needed Calories etc. Looks darn tasty too
First meal, 7 am:
8 oz. oatmeal 25 155 18 880
0.6 1 skim milk, 0.3% fat 21 29 2 240
0.2 1 orange juice --- 18 --- 80
3 oz. grapes 1 17 --- 70
Second meal, 10.30 am:
10 oz, whole wheat bread 18 120 6 600
4 oz. cheese, 12% fat 22 5 10 200
0.51 kefir milk 20 20 4
1 banana 1 35 ---150
Third meal, 2.00 pm:
8 oz. brown rice 22 170 6 850
10 oz. turkey 60 --- 5 300
5 oz. vegetables 1 7 --- 30
Fourth meal, 5.30 pm
5 whole eggs 30 --- 30 400
16 Oz. baked potatoes 10 100 5 430
Mixed salad 1 10 ---50
Fifth meal, 9,00 pm:
7 oz. cottage cheese 25 5 4 200
7 Oz. whole wheat bread 12 80 4 400
1 oz. peanut buffer 6 3 10 120
1 apple, approx. 4 oz. --- 14 --- 60
0.2 1 orange juice --- 18 --- 80
Total: P-285 / CH-806 / Fat-104 / Calories-5340
What do you think? I dont really want to add anything else but do you think that's sufficent to reach my goal?
BTW I'm 25, 5' 8" and 160lb's.

You might want to bump the test e dose up to 400-500 mg/week.

You have your anti's in place?plus your pct?
I set my goals at 15-20 pounds on that cycle,so you won't be too disappointed.

You won't gain 30lbs.....if you do lots will be fat....stick to 15 or so like Da Bull said....that is why he is Da Bull..

20-30lbs might be too steep for only 300mg of test a week.i would go with what nsa said..

If you want that kind of weight you should throw in deca at like 400 mg and test e at 500 mg.

Yeah, but he said he wants to gain like 20-30 pounds. Its gonna take more than 300 mg test e a week to do that.

gotta agree with dabull on that one I ran 250mg my first cycle and gained 28lbs, dropped 6 when i came off. As long as diet and training are in order it can be done, not that I'm recommending 250mg and that was with IP sust. I know better now

You can throw some dbol in there for the first 4 weeks at 30mg's a day... that will help get the ball rolling coupled with 500mg's of test... You don't need the dbol for your first cycle but it will help you obtain your goal.

I'm thinking Nolvadex for anti-e, I've heard people say they just use that and not bother with the Nolva whats the view on that?

yeah seems like every source of mine says not to bother with nolva you're first time out. it makes no sence to me. nuts to that i dont want tits.

i think 20 lb is a good goal, but i wouldn't shoot for 30 if you're already a big guy... i think if i had low body fat, then i probably would noticed more gains... the total i gained in my 12 week of test-e 500mg/wk in addition of 400mg deca was only about 15-20 lb... so it really depends on your body... im sure i've shed off some fat during my cycle as well... thus decreasing weight...
