Do you Still Gain

i was really wondering ounce you start to use steroids and then you are off cycle do you continue to progress and have gains? or are you just maintaining till your next cycle? this has kept me wondering for awhile.

When your body reaches its new set point after your cycle assuming diet and training etc is good you can gain normal amounts of l.b.m afterwards remember you must eat more cal to maintain and add to your new muscle......it can be tricky cuz your mindset may not have caught on that you need more food cuz you grow so damm quick on cycle.

i've been growing quite a bit during my pct, mainly cause my appetite has been real good and I switched up my foods, so I'm eating more.

i worry more on the maintain than to gain...thats just me though...keep lifting heavy...but make sure your not doing as much, and get a little more rest b/c recovery isnt as good...and keep protien just as high in the month following pct
