    Tonights shot = week5

    So im going into my 5th week , and i havent seen a mass increase yet.My strength is up quite a bit actually.

    Ive put on about 25lbs from 170 to 195.....but its fat and/or water...not really noticing muscle gain , Mostly in the abs. I did this last summer when i went to 199lbs naturally , my strength went up then also...but i gained fat.

    Ive been working on my diet better , eating cleaner

    When will i start to gain the muscle?

    Go post your diet in the diet forum and the bro's over there can help you out. Your diet may be WAY off and you dont even know it. Or it may be right on and then you have to lok elsewhere. Check the diet out first.

    5th week....test ent.....its just starting to work....next week you should start having some really good pumps...


    25lbs in the first 5 weeks is good....a little too good if you ask me.....eat clean!!!
