dbol, time to take?
this might be kind of a dumb question but I was wondering, does it matter when you should take your dbol ? like should you take it right when you get up or on an empty stomach or right before you workout, etc..

You should try and split the dose up every 4 hours. Take it with grapefruit juice to enhance absorbtion!

how many times should you split the dose up per day then? 3 times?
so then you should be taking 10 mg e4h if you're taking 30mg ed?

I'm taking 3x 10mg /day as well, I take one when I wake up at about 8am, another after lunch at about 1-2pm then one after dinner at about 7pm

I totally understand and respect why members don't want to give out sources, because steroids aren't legal, and people don't want to get in trouble. But man I've been looking for such a long ass time just to get some dianabol , its frustrating. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would help out a great deal I appreciate it.

ive split it up throughout the day.
ive taken it all 1st think in the morning.
ive taken it all 1 hour before workout.
the best for me was when i would take it all soon as i got up and worked out in the morning. when i worked out in the evening i didnt notice a difference if i split it up or took it all at once before my workout.
dbol is an supplement steroid . it makes sense to just put it right near your workout. so you get the added boost during your workout and you get all the benefits of its post workout recovery.
and take it with grape juice not grapefruit juice.
