Shot Prop for 1st time today

ad it was no big deal and it does not hurt. I added .5 cc B12 to the syringe.

    I guess im lucky

One other thing about prop - the injection was effortless in that there was no resistance in the plunger. All other shots ive ever done required serious thumb strength to squeeze it theu the 25G.this one was like shooting into thin air

You shouldn't get any immediate pain from prop. The pain comes the next day, and then the day after that. Been doing it for a little over a week and have had some pain but it's bearable and hasn't slowed me down in the gym or anything. With B-12 you should be gold. Let us know how it feels tomorrow though. That's the test. Not right after.

    Aires Research
i.e a UG lab - they use a lot of BB instead of all BA - supposedly reduces pain

I went into my pec with prop/tren yesterday.... big mistake. The pain isn't so bad since the pec isn't used all that much during the day compared to your ass, quad, or delt. But my entire right pec is swollen like a mofo and hard as a rock. Looks like I have a super developed right pec. I think if I measured my chest right now, I would be up 2-3 inches. I can hardly rub the thing either b/c that, my friends, hurts like hell!

This thread cracked me up! I'm done with my first week on prop and fina, was doing ed shots. Stopped. Prop hurts like hell period. Shot it into my calf, couldn't walk right for three days! Shot it into my bicep, walked around like popeye! I coudn't straighten my arm out. I will only shoot it EOD in the ass or the qaud. The good news is my bench is up 25lb and my curl is up 15! I put no 10lb already, probably mostly water though but ****! If I could find more food during the day I'd have gained 15lb in a week.

I'm on my major cutting diet designed by SwoleCat and I haven't been lifting any heavy weights now in months. Before I started dieting I was benching over 400, then I started dieting and have gone down 15lbs in bodyweight. I decided to go heavy on bench the other day for the first time in months and did 365x5, 385x3, and 405x1. Certainly not astounding numbers, but given the circumstances I was pretty pleased with them. Had I been trying for strength this whole cycle, had I not been doing cardio 7 days/week, had I not been on a caloric deficit......I think my strength would have been freaky now!

Don't mind me, I'm a skinny ****er! lol! The weight was just waiting to be put on if you asked me. I'm at 160 now and my goal is 180. My max is around 235 so I do sets with 180. I have a chest injury that I'm working though so I'm taking it slow. It would really suck for me to reinjure it at all let alone mid cycle.

This was my first week ever of Prop too. I am doing a homemade brew. I haven't had the pain that people have been saying they are getting. I haven't cut it with B12, or anything. I do have the "normal" soreness, but nothing like I couldn't walk or lift my arm. One time last week I did 1.5cc's of Prop and 1 cc of EQ in the same shot, that was the only time I cut it, but it was just so I didn't have to shoot twice. I've rotated between both glutes and my delt so far.
