I have been reading that it is ok to drink winstrol , but some say it is not . If i do drink it do i mix it with water or anything and will it be just as effective as injecting it .

you can mix it with anything and yes its just as efffective as shooting it
u have to make shure you get oral winny. not just amps of winny break it open and drink it.
