help on next cycle please

ok ive had good results with sus and not much with deca. first "cycle" i did was 6 weeks of sus at i amp/week. i gained about 15 lbs and kept most but then a year later i did 8 weeks sus at 1 amp/week and 300 mg deca/week for 10 weeks. i didnt notice **** this time. may have been bunk gear but i think i just ****ed it all up myself. anyway. im thinking of running 500mg sus/week for 10-12 weeks. does this sound ok or should i pyramid it? i have about 30 clomid pills so it should be enough, as i have never noticed the slightest side, but i also havent really done a real cycle. also, should i get some dbol for the first few weeks? i appreciate any suggestions! thank

i would shoot the sus at least 3 times a wk,and run about 400mg eq with it.

don't pyramid, and get more clomid and nolva

Check your diet also.

why look at my diet? i know i dont exactly eat right, at college, hard to afford the right foods, but when im working out serious i do eat a lot.
