    Shoulder Injury & Cycle!!

IF I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A 12 WEEK CYCLE AND HAVE INJURED MY SHOULDER TO THE POINT I CAN'T DO CHEST & SHOULDERS, WHAT SHOULD I DO? SHOULD I CONTINUE TO TRAIN AND CONTINUE THE CYCLE OR NOT? ALL OTHER BODY PARTS CAN BE WORKED NORMALLY! LATER!

go to the doc, i felt something funny in my shoulder and it dislocated with just a 75lb dumbell, poped it back in and it did not get better for a couple of weeks, went to a doc and got a shot of cortizone, did not help, mri turned up torn cartilage that was pinchin my cuff. got scoped and feel 100% better. never no dude get it checked and lay off that area.
