    help bros... rapid heart beat!

    Hi Guys,

My partner's been on Test-E and Deca for the last 7 weeks. He's made tremedous gains and looks good. But he's been complaining about rapid heart beats... 90-100 even resting some times... is this normal? What can you do to lower the Pulse and also BP? Thanks bros!

Mine is always around 100 at rest. I dont like it either but I dont know what I can do about it. I think I will get more cardio in when I go off cycle.

I'd just tell him to get his ass in shape. It's also possible that he's under a lot of stress which is causing his heart rate to be elevated. Meditation may help.
