workout while on AS
alright what I've been doing lately for my workout is the DC routine (3 days a week) which has been working pretty well. But if I'm on AS should I start working out each body part per day doing a 5 days on 2 days off split so I'm doing more exercises?

DC style works great esp.....on AAS, anything heavy w/high enough intensity and rest/recuperation is gonna work.
my question would be---can you work out for longer sessions since serum testosterone levels dont spike and drop at 35-45mins(like when training natural)?

yeah I workout on average 1 hour to hour and a half. could prolly go more if I had to but I dont think theres much point in it beyond that
