i started doing quads and then moved to glute . should i try some where else? :elephant:

1. Glute
2. Delt
3. Pec
4. Calf
Least favorite (I hate them)
Bicep
Quad
Glute. I think glute is gonna take this one. Its virtually painless.

I have always hated doing glutes also. i cant see what is going on. quads, calves, then delts in that order are my favorite, but i just read an article on how dangerous calves can be, so i am thinking twice about injecting there.

J/K, the glutes are if you have the patience to reach around, aspirate, etc. Use a mirror btw.
All injections are painless if you do them correct .

I was recently injecting some homebrew test prop ED. The one site that gave me the least amount of pain after the injection was my traps. It took alot of pain to figure out how best to do them, but once I got that down....it was smooth sailing. My traps could handle this liquid plumber better than anywhere else in my body.
You know, I bet I am the only dope who votes for traps.:scratch:
