1st time T4 & newbie

I am asking how do I cycle it... I have 60 tabs... I think 75 milligrams... I am not sure...its not in english... I have been doing winnie... took 20injects... then i had to take a 2 week break unfortunately.. and have ten left ...My results from the 20 were great... The thing is I am lost with this t4 crap and reading some of the side effects has me a bit wigged out.... Its seems the more i read the more confused i get on how to take it... Plus is that 10 of winni a waste? Any info will greatly appreciated.
