you need to get your bf down low enought to thin out your skin before any gear will help bring out vasculrity.i dont care what your taking,if you have 20% bf then no amount of gear will bring out your veins.and even if you do diet down there is no gaurentee on vascularity.some guys are more vascular then others,just genetics....diet and cardio and equpoise never hurt anybody :dg:
