Help with SUST/DBOL Cycle.

Hey people, just wondering how I should do this, I bought 20mL of Sustanon , tons of nolvadex and 200 x5mg DBOL .

I was told by my buddy to do an 8 week cycle? How does this work, how much do i take weekly, etc.....what about the DBOL and nolva? and for PCT i was recommended NOT to use clomid that its a waste of money and to just keep hitting the nolva...any thoughts on this? thanks in advance

Run the Dbol at around 25mgs for 4-6 weeks and the Sus at 500mgs for 8-10 weeks......then do PCT 3 weeks after your last Sustanon shot.
