    Another ECA question...

Is ECA considered anti-catabolic or catabolic. Just started ECA today and was needing to know if I fu*ked up. Also is there a certain amount of time it should be used? Like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off like clen ..

Im pretty sure its niether cat nor ana but obvioulsy since you're using more calories and, I'm guessing, eating less carbs you should up your protien and bcaa anyway. I have read a post on hear before that there is nno reason to cycle ECA because it only loses its side effects, not its fat burning properties.

As far as muscle mass goes, there are studies that show it is slightly(very slightly!) anti-catabolic. Personally i think ECA is best run for 10-12 weeks on, followed by 2-3 weeks off.

I think ECY would be a better choice though....

Time of dosing depends on how much you are taking.....If you are only taking two servings, then i find it best to take one in the morning and one mid-afternoon (around 3-4). If taking three servings a day, i find it best to take one in the morning, one at noon, and one around late mid-afternoon, early evening...

ephdrine has a 4hr. half-life, so consider that when you are thinking about dosing and timing....

    good luck!
