I'm trying to gain atleast 15 lbs off my first cycle. I know I have to eat. Ok no problem.I want to keep as much of this weight as possible. I was thinking about doing test e and eq. Is this realistic? If not what else is goos. I hear deca is another good mass gainer but the gains aren't as solid and the side effects are considerable. Also what dosages should i be taking and how often?
Test E by itsself will do exactly what you are looking for, with Nolvadex and Clomid of course.
500 mg a week of test E and 400 mg of EQ, a simple search would answer your question BTW...
