    Exclamation Less Gear, But for a longer period of time???

    if i use less gear, but use it for 16 weeks instead of 12 weeks, will i get the same results? Will it be better to avoid side effects? or will i be wasting the gear?

    You shut your system down whether it's 500mg per week or 5,000mg... the longer you stay on the harder recovery will be. Stick with a happy medium. 16 weeks is doable, if you are an experienced user - just utilize HCG and have all your post cycle stuff on-hand. The actual weekly steroid use that you will want to apply is completely user-specific... you want to use a weekly dose that keeps you on the right side of the benefit-risk ratio... and tailored to your goals...

    I can agree with warrior more bro....The longer you stay on the longer it takes to recover....Get on do your thing and get off.

    how many cycles have you ran b4 this?or is this your 1st?
    what are your stats and trainin history and cycle history if any?
