Im on my second week of liquid clen . My dosages are up to 160mcg's. I will be bumping them up due to the fact that the sides are tolerable. Ive been taking it in the AM all at once. Ive researched the clen threads alot searching for the answer of takiing the high dosages all at once or splitting it up in half. From what i understand that is based on preference...maybe im wrong. The iceman's clen diary said he popped them all at once in the AM, but another thread said split it up. I know splitting them up will cause less shakes but honestly its not that bad for me. Is there any other pro's or con's in splitting the doses up?

not necessarily .... I can sleep on clen easily

but, I do take all my dose on the morning too.

It's just a personal preference....many ppl I know split due to sides...but if you can tolerate, why not all at once?
