    Cytomel Here We Go Again..

    Well Bros here we go again. You can check out all our interesting posts in the recent past regarding my cytomel cycle....i cycled for 7, off for 5 and now im back on as of monday...here is what Im doing...and remember that I weigh 156lbs of lean muscle

    day 1 half of max
    day 2-6 max
    day 7 half of max
    day 8 half of day 7

    5 days off then repeat...

    Example of a person weighing 200lbs:

    day 1 100mcg
    day 2-6 175mcg
    day 7 100mcg
    day 8 50mcg

    i did not lose a pound last time so well see what it does this time around.....

    today is day 3. RT was 98.1. i dont feel any heat, sweats or any side effects...

    Might as well take advantage of it! The added cardio will launch your BBT into the atmosphere throughout the day...Keep yourself hydrated.

    hey mallet....day 5 and i woke up with a kickass headache and my rt dropped to 97.4. it dropped .7 degrees.

    175 mcg's?

    That is assinine.

    What does your DIET AND CARDIO look like?

    hey There...diet is comprised of about 175g of protein a day, cardio 30 minutes run/bike 3 times a week, workout with weights 4 days a week.

    diet is pretty clean except for the odd bag of low fat popcorn and a feww beers over the weekend.

    no sauce with it this time around.

    you think 175 mcg is too much..

    Your temp drop is an indication of a catabolic state, usually caused by lack of sleep, overtraining, or poor diet the days before. I find if my BBT is high before bed i usually wake up with a headache, take some advil. I wouldn't train today with that much of a temp drop.
