whats a good cycle to get cut on?

just want to get an idea of some good cutting cycles from diff people..thanks to whoever replies..chris

depends on your cycle history..... what is it?

just take some test for muscle maintenance, eat a diet similar to the cutting sticky in the diet forum, and do lots of cardio.
