    i missed a day....

    i am currently running a prop/var cycle and i had to miss a day... due to pins takin forever to get here... wondering if i have f@cked the whole cycle up........ by the way running 100mg of prop eod.... should i start doing ED shots to make up for it?

    Let me add to that if I may. One day one time won't kill you. Don't make it a habit. Keep with EOD unless you can man up and go with ED. It's better anyways. But as far as making up for your missed day just start from today with EOD if you want to stay at EOD.
