Dammit I have decided to change it again
I decided to wait on the fina for next time and switched to primo
Here it is:

Week 1-10 100mg Prop EOD
Week 1-3 800mg EQ
Week 4-10 200mg EQ every 3 days (485mg weekly avg)
Week 6-12 50mg Winny (oral)
Week 4-11 Primo depot 400mg
Clen and ECA cycled every 2 weeks
Clomid therapy as usual (also clen)
Week 13 rest and carb up and photo shoot on Sat. Found out today photo shoot got moved 2 weeks earlier than planned so I am starting this cycle Monday. I dont think I can wait 2 more weeks staring at all this juice any damn way.

Supplements:
Whey protein
Vitamin C 1 gram W/each meal
Multivitamin W/each meal
Milk thistle 1000mg (only when start winny)


Diet:
My diet is very simple and VERY bland

I do a 4 day cycle
Day 1: 1.5 grams of carbs per lb of BW
1 gram of protein per lb of BW
.25 grams of fat per lbof BW

Day 2: .5 see above
1.5 see above
.25 see above

Day 3: same as day 2
I should go into ketosis on this day in the evening. I will test using keto sticks. If I do not, the next Cycle I will lower my carbs slighltly. I only want to stay in slight ketosis for about 12 hours as you will see that day 4 is a high carb day.

This is my first week. I will change something every week depending. I have a digital food scale to measure out all my food also so I am never guessing. The first couple of weeks are the hardest as I need to sdjust to not eating anything I want(especially at night) and allowing my stomach to shrink. (yes your stomach can shrink as it also can expand). I am very good at not cheating. The worst time I find my self craving something is at night time. If I do start to crave I will go do something, usually out of the house, go walking, go to the bookstore, Circit City, and it always goes away (my craving). you have to know the differens from between craving something and being hungery.
