Your right lozgod but people have different ideas of risk vs benefit. I would say always take milk thiistle with your cycle but I would also say never to take a-bombs. Some peopl want that extra 1/2 pound of muscle they can get w/o thistle.

I'm with you on this one bro, a couple of pounds of gains is not worth any amount of liver damage. I'm not saying that it even hiders gains, I would like to see the study also. A cycle w/o milk thistle just is not sensible. IMO

probably had nothing to do with the milk thistle, different people different gains. I agree it is better to be safe than sorry and to advise someone NOT to do it doesn't make too much sense to me

I smell sh*t, of the bull variety. I'd like to see that study as well. I am running Milk Thistle at a low dosage because I'm not running a 17aa right now but when I ran winn I had it above 1g a day and could see the results streaming out of me every few hours. And I guess I don't have a study to back it up but I don't feel it stopped any of my gains, caust they were good. Does any one else smell that?
