training while on cycle?
hey guys...i was wondering what some of your splits and training looks like while cycling....??....im begging to worry that maybe im not resting enough..
my cycle is test en. 250 e3.5d...
currently ..wk...5.., 198 lbs(up4), 6'1"....hmmm 14% bf...
do you guys do 2 on...1 off..3 on ..1 off...
5 straight...2 off..?
mon-wed-fri.. or what??
if you have time..help me out please!

you do not need to workout any more than 4 days a week on a cycle by anymeans. work hard and keep everything consistent.

I go mon-fri twice a day...mornings for cardio and nights for weight training

GO FU*KIN HARD ALL THE TIME, thats what i say....i do a 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off split, then i repeat everything, it works out cause its seven days so like i have monday chest and tuesday arms and wednesday legs and so on and so on

IMO whatever works for you personally. If yo can do it 6x week and not injure yourself and STILL make strong lifts then go for it. I do EOD then 2x week legs/cardio split and abs ED.
