    good gains on sust

    Im in my 5th week of sust 250 two times a week. I started out at 200lbs and im now at 215. And no **** I started out very week in my chest i could only bench 155 Im now doing 205 two times Is that a good jump or what? Im exited on my last 7 weeks on what kind of gains i will make.

    your strength should continue to go up,but it is hard to tell what kind of weight you will get.it all depends on your diet and training.

    sust is good stuff if you know how to use it. how often are you injecting?
