im 195 rite now going on my 3rd cycle...this time i plan on using anadrol sustanon and deca ...the last cycle i did was 10 weeks of test cypionate and omnadren ...i did one shot of each but now i want to get a bit more bigger...the next cycle i plan on doing is

weeks 1-4 3 anadrol pills a day 1 shot sustanon and 1 shot deca
weeks 5-9 1 shot of sustanon and 1 shot of deca

just drop a little info on how much weight on an average i shud plan to get

what mg is the deca . im not an expert but why would u take omz and cyp. seems like the omz would have been fine for u. but any way with the a-50's u will get tremendous bloat i would add a anti e real soon in the cycle

wk 1-4 anvar 40mg ed
wk 1-10 sust 125mg EOD
wk 1-10 Deca 400mg

nolva 10mg ed
b-6 200mg ed
start pct 3 weeks after last sust shot

the cycle that you laid out wont do anything but give you bad sides...
