    any comment on this cycle
    stats 190 5,9' 14-15% b/f 4th cycle training 12 years on/off looking to keep 20lbs lean hard muscle

    I would run the HCG throughout the cycle instead of just that last week, your nuts may be extremely atrophied by that point, especially with the tren . Have you used HCG in the past? You know your body best, you may not even need it, just watch what your balls do and decide when to throw it in.

    no i have never used hcg only clomid i still might drop the fina i have researching fina and have read that its really toxic and shuts you down big time but if i do decide to use it wouldnt i be ok bcuz i will run it alongside test prop thanks

    oh yeah i want to run hcg throughout cycle bcuz i have read ppl have seen better results that way but most ppl on the board have advised not too

    is only 2 weeks of prop really worth
    and im running clen 1week on 1 week off i have had better results that way

    its actually 3 weeks of prop and yes it worth it. it will kick in after a few days and will help with recovery. bc it fills in the gap leading up to pct.

    jmo but i would wait until wk 10 or 11 to start clen.

    if your diet is right imo tren /winny/prop is the right cycle. the tren will keep your strength up when you drop your calories to cut. i thought you wanted to put on some weight before you started the tren.

    i don't think you could gain 20lbs while trying to cut calories unless your genetics are awesome.

    i do but my b/f is kind of high my diet will be clean 2g protein per lb low carbs healthy fats most calories from protein

    i guess ur right but if i ate high calorie clean diet and still take the clen you really dont think im going to gain 20lbs with this gear

    i think 20 lean hard pounds is over stretching a bit. NO doubt you could gain 20lbs off the first 11 wks with the dbol and test,but to keep 20lbs after cutting i don't think so.

    like i said you could easily gain 20lbs but you will have some water ret. with the dbol and test.
