too much b 12?

i have a problem, 1 is just not enough,it may be possible that i have a slight problem where i think i need more than everyonre else so i always take a little more than the recommended doses, for the last couple days, and i have been doing 1000mcg's in the morning, and 1000 later in the afternoon, am i wasting it or using to much, i use a lot of pinz, 4 ed

i pretty sure that 500mcg ed is a decent dosage. I wouldnt go more than 1000 mcg ed.

i was tired and i stopped ECA breacuse it took my appetite away, i usually train in the AM but i worked out at night so i did another b 12 shot, so it was just for energy

I would be careful because you can overdose on B12. In fact, I believe you can cause a hyperglycemia attack.
