I had a question on when I should take my clen . I have 60 20mcg tabs coming soon and I need to know when to take it. Ive heard people say take it all at once or spread it out. Heres what my cycle is gonna look like.
Day13: 80 mcg
Day14: 60 mcgs
I'll be at the gym from 12-5pm everyday. I can either do the cardio, THEN take it or take it before my cardio. Any help is appreciated. Thanks bros

2 weeks on 2 weeks off
Is just 2 weeks of clen worth it ? Would you see any results? or is it best to do the 2 weeks on 2 weeks of thing for several months? My source for clen wants about $1 per pill. If its gonna take a few months that cold turn out to be expensive.
i will have a clean diet and cardio also.

If i were j00, i'd do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. I think my multi had enough potassium in it, but MAKE SURE you get some F-ing taurine!! At least 3 grams daily. I had a calf cramp in both legs at the gym and i was digging my fingernails into the ground for 10 minutes.

****, yeah im taking 5g of taurine a day for sure. im gonna take 200mg before bed on an empty stomach. and i dont know about the cardio, i mean, i can do it from 12-1 at the gym, then take the clen . and then lift. but should i take all of it at once?
