I know I have already messed up, but was wondering if you could help me salvage the situation. I did some reasearch through freinds (some are very good top level amatuer BB'ers, and boy their suggestions were nothing like what I have learned through sites like this!) and I have briefly studied yours and the 5/40/55 ways of cycling t-3. Initially I felt the 5/40/55 was the best way for me and because I am really lean (some say I look about 8-10% or 4 weeks out, I know its not very accurate, just adding as much info about my current shape, stats in asecond) right now and I am very sensitive to any stimulants or thermogenic fat burners. I started day 1 at 25mcgs( split up) and actually felt different, today is day 2 and at 40mcgs and have been a little warm all day. Now here I am taking the time to study some more when I come across your way of doing things and the PCT supplementation. Is it too late to jump to your cycle and is there anything I can take from GNC for PCT until I get some of the t-100 and Choleus? I weigh 195, 5'8", 36yrs old. I am going to get a thermometer tonight. What is my ideal resting temperture when on? And what is the danger signs to look for. I know it this is difficult if not frustrating for you, but any plan would be better than none. I do appreciate any time you take to address my current issues. thanks.
