Whats up fellas!! just signed on to this board yesterday. im new and Im pretty excited about starting my 1st cycle. Tell me what you think: sust 250,liquid dbol an 8wk cycle how should i go about it . Im 5'10,,220lbs and looking to put on about 15-20lbs
week 1 -8, 250mg sust,,40mg dbol

if thats all your going with then do the sus @500mg wk 1 on sun and 1 on thusrday or similar.the dbol looks good at 40 mg wk but end it at the end of wk 4.
if you can run the sus for 10 wk its better,but 8 wk minimum.

This was recommended to me and seems to be the best cycle 4 new guys.
8 weeks Deca 400mg per week (Split into 2 injections)
8 weeks Sustanon 250 500mg per week (split into 2 injections)
4-5 weeks of Dbol at 40mg ED
Clomid 3 weeks after the Last Sus shot. Taken 300mg Day 1, 100mg 10days, 50mg 10 days. (you have to have use the clomid to let you balls know that their vacation is over and to not lose your gains)

weeks 1-4
dbol 30-40mgs/day
don't forget clomid at the end... start it 3 weeks after last inj. 300mgs day 1, next 10 days 100mgs, next 10 days 50mgs...
