    Ya it was nice to hear, now what am i doing going out to get a couple of drinks, Ya i know real good for the liver right?
    hey once and awhile wont kill me....
    the reason was that i was taking in to much protien in one sitting , and my kidney werent able to proccess it all in one time , so i have to cut back to about 30 grams max of protien in one sitting , and i should be fine...\
    talk to you guys later i have to head out the door. ill have a drink for you guys as well.......... see ya.........

    i have also been following your posts, and while i didnt feel i had to express my opinions on your other ones( other people said what i would have said to you, and very well i might add), i will say this, you gave us quite a scare, and i think we were all kind of holding our breath to see how it would turn out. after all, we do basically what youve been doing.........


    im extremely glad you are ok, and i wish you the best of luck on all future cycling endeavors. please be very careful and try not to push those limits again brother, ok?
