    Creatine on cycle?

    I read a thread which mentioned that the person was going to take creatine as part of their pct to try to keep the gains they had off of their cycle. I am currently taking creatine whilst on cycle. Which do you think is the better course of action? Or as a third option, take creatine right through cycle and pct.

    It is really up to you. I would use it pct, because that is when most loss happens.

    when on cycle you have all the water you can hold..so its pointless..but dureing pct you drop some intermuscular water..so yea its best used then and dureing your off cycle peroid to mantian a pump and a full look to your muscles instead of shrinkin as much

    As far i'm conserned you should use it off cycle or not......on cycle your body turns over creatine monohydrate to creatine phosphate much better that normal so use the creatine!! it can only help your cycle.

    anavar increases Creatine uptake significantly - that's the primary mechanism by which it increases strength. Im on Var now and as a result I am supplimenting my creatine.

    If you are on Var id reccomend using Creatine too.

    I've only heard of Creatine for Post cycle or natural.

    I always use createin Post cycle. Helps me keep a lil bit more strength i think. Could just be in my head though.
