    protein intake

    what is the absolute least amount of protein you should consume? im a newbie on deca 200 mg...nothing else... do you suggest any vitamins? i look at cyle used on this board and it makes me a little jealous and a little concerned. i cannot imagine 23 weeks on ****...stacking ten different compounds...that is crazy...i am far from knockin your use, but i'm not going to compete or anything. just looking for some direction. i'm 24 about 5'7.5 weigh roughly 173 12% body fat. i want to be 190 solid, ripped. i plan on a clen cycle when i'm through deca if needed

    1 gram per pound of body weight.....I doubt 200 mgs of deca will do much for you,except shut you down.

    like da bull. approx 1g per lb. Realize too much excess ,there is a point of dimminishing returns. Your body can only assimulate so much (lower then what most believe), The rest is either 1. pissed away 2. turn to fat (yes under certain conditions, extreme) 3. used for energy ie. using a fast acting protien such as Whey immediatley post workout that was very demanding in which there was NO simple carbs only pure protein. It can oxidize cause free radicals. In very very high doses above the norm excess Ketones are in the blood stream. This is bad. OOps this needs to go to the nutritional forum

    For you, 175-200 g minimum is suggested...

    I hope you don't plan on becoming 'huge' off of 200mg deca /week...

    Also, you need test bro...sorry...but you really need test in there to make it worth your time...
    Witout test, deca alone will shut you down...(deca dick)...
    You should reconsider what you're doing...JMO.

    1 g per pound or 1.5 grams per pound.
    but you wont be absorbing any protein on a deca only cycle, zero test!

    make sure you get some test in there buddy. peace bro

    200mg/week is not a lot...
    You still need test as a base...

    get our cycle right BEFORE you worry about protien. you should add 500mg TEST/ week to that Deca and run the cycle 12 weeks at least.
