Whats up guys this is going to be my 2nd cycle, first one was test e for 12 weeks gained about 21lbs a combination of muscle, water , and fat. this time i wanna do a lean bulk cycle.
IM 5'7 about 170 lbs, 12% bf
wk 1-10 prop 100mg eod
wk 1-7 EQ 400mg/week
might do throw this in:wk 7-10 40mg winny ed
i wanna gain about 10lbs of muscle and get my bf down to 8%, what u guys think??
