Badass cycle or what??

Whats up guys this is going to be my 2nd cycle, first one was test e for 12 weeks gained about 21lbs a combination of muscle, water , and fat. this time i wanna do a lean bulk cycle.

IM 5'7 about 170 lbs, 12% bf
wk 1-10 prop 100mg eod
wk 1-7 EQ 400mg/week
might do throw this in:wk 7-10 40mg winny ed

i wanna gain about 10lbs of muscle and get my bf down to 8%, what u guys think??

EQ needs to be run atleast 12 weeks to see any benefits..

Your going to want to run the eq for at least 12 weeks to see good gains. Do the prop 75mg ED. If you are going to run the Winny try to get enough for 5 weeks

Run the Prop three weeks past your EQ so your PCT Lines up

Sorry it's not badass at all...so it must be "or what"...Eq needs to be ran for a minumum of 12 weeks,prop is best if shot ED and the winny your thinking about is being ran way to short as well.

Run it like this
Weeks 1-12 Prop 50-75mg ED
weeks 1-12 EQ 300-400mg EW(depending on your Prop dosage)
Weeks 9-12 Winny 50mg ED
Nolva and clomid for PCT

Isn't recomended winny 4-6 weeks?

I'd def change that.I'd go prop to week 15,and winny from 9-15.pct will match this way.And you can still make gains on cycle while EQ clears.

1-15 Prop 75mg ED
1-12 EQ 200mg E3.5
11-15 Win 50mg ED

Star PCT day after Last Prop and Win injection. This way everything will line up for your PCT. If this is your first cycle then I don't suggest it. A hella injections.

DaBull im glad you responded b/c this was going to be my next cycle, except I was going to di Prop weeks 1-4 with Test e 1-12

3 days after last injection bro.Your running the winny a little to short IMO.

I thought you start pct the day after the last injection, not 3 days after?? Also do you guys think i can cut my body fat from 12% to 8% and gain about 10 or 15lbs of musclbe. Diet cosists of: Protein: 2g/lb of body weigh, moderate carbs(100-300g),

I'd bump up the Winny to 50mg ED and for the Prop I'd do 75mg ED.

the prop has to clear your system before you can start pct... dropping bf is all about diet, drugs really wont make much of an impact... if you're dropping bf%, id shoot for a solid gain of 8-10 lbs muscle... anything more is stretching it imo.

also, id rock the prop at 75 mgs ed as opposed to 50 and run the eq at 400 mgs a week minimum...
