    Creatine and PCT

i'm nearingthe the end of my 10 week Tren /Prop cycle. I am going to use creatine as part of my PCT, however I would like to know if I should start it while i'm still "on" or wait till I start taking my clomid. Any help would be great.

Thats kinda of old school but I would start it the last week of AAS use in a frontload fashion then drop down to regular dose the second week.

Were I you, and I think that I am, I would start creatine loading on the first day you start your PCT since that is when the water weight from the prop will be leaving your system and hence is a good time to be bringing water in from the creatine. Ideally, it'll balance out and you will keep that full look. I have found that 10-15 mg of d-bol in the am is the best way to keep the full look but give creatine a shot first. I just started taking creatine yesterday myself, about 10 days after my prop left my system since I'm doing a d-bol bridge and wanted to make sure my weight stayed about the same coming off of the prop without the creatine. Hopefully now, I'll gain another 5 pounds of water or so from teh creatine to help cushion my joints which badly need it. I'll stop talking now.
