Hi all.
My cycle
1-10 500 mg. Test
1-12 0.25 mg. ADex
1-12 10 mg. Nolva

PCT
Day1---300 mg. Clomid/20 mg. Nolva
Day2-11---100 mg. Clomid/20 mg. Nolva
Day12-21---20 mg. Nolva

im on 3rd week.But im very depressed & think i need a holiday.I didnt have a rest last 3 years because i was working very hard ...What do u think about ? If i make a break and start ex.on september again is it necessary do a PCT ,how and when...What about anti-es...i know this rest wont be good but im really need a holiday.Waiting for suggestion& advices.Thnks...

how long in between this current cycle and your last cycle?

if you have been on for only 3 weeks, i would give it one more week because your demeanor might change significantly.

however, if you feel that you need time off, that might be the best course of action at this point as well since this is a pretty light cycle.

i asked PCT &anti-es...Is it necessary to make a PCT & what its amount should be? However what do u mean by ''demeanor might change significantly''...Mood-morale ?

hmm, give it time, you need to run it for more than 3 wks, stick it out mate

I think we was talking about with all the extra test in your system your outlook on life will most likely get better...
