    mallet i think its my adrenals...

    i think its my adrenals causing my low bbt. no matter what i do my RT is low and sparatic. i read somewhere that a low sparatic RT is a adrenal problem. im going to use your test method but if it is the adrenals how do i fix it?

    I have a post in the pct's forum about support for the adrenals, Have you got a BP cuff?
