OK here the Situation.....
The Good:
1. I'm 140lbs 20 years old.
2. Been working out for 2 years.
3. 3 days on and 1 day off. Changing up the routine and busting my ass!
4. Proper form
5. I know Training is Key
6. I eat 6-8 meals a day Including creatine and protein shakes.
The Bad:
1. Can't gain
2. Faster than light metabolism
3. Working hard but small results
4. In Iraq so I sweat alot.
The Whatever:
1. If you say I dont get enouph calories. Im eating MRE's also im in the military. They have 3000+ per meal.
2. Training: Worked with 2 personal trainers and a olympic gold medalist who is in the army.
3. Im very cut and I look bigger cause I have just muscles but I need help.
4. Consistant with training and eating.
My peak has been 157 Im at 143 or so now. For me to maintain the level at 157 I have to eat 8 meals a day consistantly not more than 2 hopurs apart and throw in protein / creatine from time to time. Mostly after the workouts.
I'm not looking for a quick fix here. Steroids will maybe come later if at all.
Any info from some of you "pros" who are consistant with their workouts wouyld be nice. I've tried everything.
Is there something out there I can get or do to get bigger!!!!
