is it stupid to run sust/deca /winni all at the same time from the start , sust and deca 10-12 weeks and winni for 7-8 weeks? want to take 750 mgs of sust/ 600 mgs of deca/ 50 mgs of winni ed or eod? what can i see from this cycle, stats are: 6' 192 lbs 9-10% bf, want to be 205 8-9% bf , yeah i know you should run the sust and deca first for weeks, but i want to run all together since it is summer , what do you think? thanks again guys

You don't need that much deca . 400mg max. 2mg per pound of body weight.

Winny should be ED....and for a max of 6 weeks. Use it at the end.

Of course you would grow...but you would dry yourself out by the end.

You're going to do what you're going to do....but as a general rule...bulk then cut. You'll look much better.

1-10 400 mg deca ... 200mg 2x a week
8-14 50mg ed.....

PCT starting 3 weeks after last sust shot.

winni is hard on the joints. dries out the joints.
