    Gyno or just FAT?

    my buddy done a few cycles more than 4-5 years ago and asked me did i think his prob was gyno..... i can't tell - i think its a bit of both

    so is this gyno or just fat?

    I think it's a bit of both. Definitely there's estrogenic fat deposits there.

    Any lumps?

    agreed, i would guess just fat.......so his cycle was 4-5 years ago and hes just now asking if its gyno, did i read that correctly?

    You cant really tell from a picture like that. Heres what you ask him.

    Did his nipples become sore or itchy while on his cycle??
    Did his nipples puff up or get bigger in any way while on his cycle?
    Does he have actual lumps of growth behind or around the nipple??
    Have you ever seen on a girl where they have little bumps on their Areola??? While he was on his cycle did bumps appear in the same way???

    I think if he answers no to all those questions you can tell him he is just a fat ass!!!hahaha

    lose the extra weight.. then you'll know if its gyno or not..

    if you don't plan on losing the weight then it dosne't matter if its gyno or not

    The reson i am sure its fat is becaus if it was gyno then you would have noticed a change in the nipple/breast structure and looks within a few months after your cycle maximum!! There is no way that gyno starts to develop 2years or more after your cycle if you had stopped taking roids. If this is how your chest has been since right after the cycle then yes it could be gyno, if it developed over the 4years then its fat, and diet and exercise will help you reduce/remove it.
