    injecting

    ive been taking my shots in the glute i want to do it in my delts all i have is 22g inch an a half pins can i use them an how far should i push it in if its ok

    i've used 22 11/2 in my delts before with no problem, pushed the pin all the way very slowly

    hey chazz, err 22g is a bit large, may leave scar tissue, but still usable, ive used 22g 1.5" a few times, anyway

    yes it can be used, i wouldnt push it the whole way in, i cant give you an exact measurement as it depends on bf % for one...but make sure ur actually in the muscle, last thing you want is an abcess

    thanks sounds good ive shot in my delt before but it was years ago an a friend did it for me i just dont want to keep doing it in my a$$

    Hitting the shoulders is really good. One of my favorites. I don't know about the needles you use in the States but for my shoulders and biceps I use either a 25g x 5/8 or 24g x 1". I prefer the 5/8 as it will have no trouble hitting the muscle and will leave very little scar tissue. Bad side is if you use any thick gear you may be pushing a long time. in those cases I use the 24g 1" Just the way I do it. Good luck
