    how to keep gains from a cycle

    hey guys i thought i rememberd seeing an article on this in the educational thread....well i searched and searched and couldnt find it...any help? i was looking to see about training intensity during PCT and diet and everything....i thought there was a nice article loaded with info...

    look in PCT...i mean that is the KEY to keeping gains...PCT...and lowering the intensity a little bit..and eating a lot

    but a soild PCT is what keeps gains...remember that...clomid and nolv

    i got correct pct....thats for sure..i was looking for other things that ppl have mentioned....(amounts of cardio, intensity of workouts, protein/carb intake) i was looking for some detailed info

    to keep your gains you want to keep your calories high. This means you might put on fat so maybe some clen would be nice to throw in during pct. You want to keep your diet in check and protein levels high. Also you want to work out hard but not to the point where you overtrain your muscles. Also i would reccommend that you lift heavy for a few reps as opposed to lighter with more reps. If you do a lot of reps you could deff. just eat away the muscle you just put on. Especially in your legs.
